We encourage all guests to review our policies prior to making a reservation. Understanding our guidelines helps ensure a smooth check-in process, an enjoyable stay, and a clear understanding of expectations for both guests and the motel during your visit.
LODGING POLICIES
Marcotte's Family Motel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 2 (two) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation to avoid any charges.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (2) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 14 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Absolutely No Smoking Inside</b>; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pets are allowed in designated rooms. Each pet is charged a $25 fee. Pets must not be left unattended. When outdoors, pets must be cleaned up after and leashed while on property.
